  1. Re-read Matthew 18:21-35. What ideas stand out to you? What questions do you still have?

  2. Look at verses 21-22. When Peter asks Jesus how many times he should forgive someone who wrongs him, what is Jesus' response and what does this teach us about the nature of forgiveness?

  3. Reflecting on the parable of the wicked servant, why do you suppose the disparity between the two debts so significant? What does this imply about how we view the wrongs we hold against others?

  4. Take a moment to consider your own story and the sin Jesus has forgiven in you. How can recognizing the depth of our own forgiveness impact our relationships with others?

  5. Who do you need to forgive? What is one step you can take towards that today?

  6. What was God telling you this week? What have you done about it?
