Read all of Matthew 14 In light of Sunday’s sermon, what are you drawn to in this section of scripture? What questions do you have?
Even in the chaos of all that happens in Matthew 14, Jesus still took time to be alone with the Father. In your season of life, what does alone time with God look like? What might you have to change or give up to prioritize your time to connect with the Father?
Can you recall a time that you lost sight of Jesus in the work of the kingdom? In Hindsight, how did doubt play into that experience? How have you responded since then?
What is God calling you to today? What radical “yes” is in front of you in your faith journey? What might God accomplish for the kingdom if you step forward in faith?
What was God telling you this week? What have you done about it?
